What Happens After You Submit?

1. Installation Review Call

We schedule a short installation review to confirm your EMR, your check-out process, and the cleanest way to connect StarGate without disrupting staff. This is also where we answer workflow questions and prepare your activation path.

2. Agreement + Secure Access Setup

After the call, you receive a simple service agreement and first-month activation invoice. Once complete, your clinic creates a limited-access EMR user for MORUSMED so we can safely configure StarGate inside your environment.

3. Configuration, Testing, and Go Live (2–4 business days)

We configure your StarGate survey and routing, run test patients through the system, verify alerts and review pathways, and then take your clinic live. StarGate begins protecting your online reputation automatically from that moment forward.
