No review gating, ever. Every patient gets the same public review access regardless of how they felt. Gating reviews is prohibited, and it does not work.
What it looks like in practice

Not a perfect control, and we say why below. Every number is verifiable on Google right now. Here is what happened over 18 months.

The plain read: with our system running, review volume grew about 34 times faster than on the untouched profile, and the rating climbed from 3.9 to 4.4 while the number of reviews more than doubled.
One caveat, before you ask. These were two different profile types for the same physician, and a clinic listing draws more everyday exposure than an individual physician listing, so some of the gap reflects that. It is a real side-by-side comparison, not a randomized trial. We show it because it is verifiable on Google right now, and because it is the clearest picture we have of what the system does.
